Made with Perfect Italiano™ Ricotta
- 4 slices of crusty bread loaf
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 vine-ripened tomatoes
- basil Leaves, torn
- olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp Perfect Italiano™ Ricotta
- Toast or chargrill bread then rub with garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
- Slice tomatoes and place on top of the Bruschetta then arrange the basil and ricotta.
- Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
