  • 4 slices of crusty bread loaf
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes
  • basil Leaves, torn
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp Perfect Italiano™ Ricotta



  1. Toast or chargrill bread then rub with garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Slice tomatoes and place on top of the Bruschetta then arrange the basil and ricotta.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
