Crispy Salami, Tomato and Pine Nut Salad
Made with Perfect Italiano™ Parmesan Cheese
- 100g sliced salami, cut into strips
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- 150g rocket leaves
- ½ cup shaved Perfect Italiano™ Parmesan
- ½ cup semi-dried tomatoes
- ½ cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup balsamic dressing
- toasted Ciabatta to serve
- Pan fry salami and pine nuts, drain. Toss with rocket, parmesan, semi-dried tomatoes, olives, and balsamic dressing.
- Serve with toasted Ciabatta.
