Smoked Ham Deviled Egg
Made with Perfect Italiano™ Parmesan Cheese
- 100gm Perfect Italiano Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 10gm paprika
- 8 eggs – hardboiled
- 4 slices smoked ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Boil eggs with salt, then transfer into ice-cold water.
- Deshell eggs and cut in half. Remove egg yolks, then set egg white halves aside.
- Mix egg yolks with paprika, salt, pepper, and Perfect Italiano Parmesan Grated Cheese.
- Transfer yolk mixture into piping bag, then pipe into egg whites.
- Cut ham into fat strips. Roll and place around yolk mixture on egg whites.
