Rendang Chicken Ham Baked Rice

Made with Perfect Italiano™ Mozzarella and Traditional Hard Cheese

  1. Place rice onto the bottom of a casserole.
  2. Mix the ham, onions, garlic, rendang paste and coconut milk together.
  3. Drizzle the mixture onto the rice and top with both cheeses.
  4. Bake in pre-heated 180°c oven for about 15 mins or until cheese is nicely browned.
  5. Chef's Tip: You can choose to add some fresh chilli padi for a spicier kick!
