- Place rice onto the bottom of a casserole.
- Mix the ham, onions, garlic, rendang paste and coconut milk together.
- Drizzle the mixture onto the rice and top with both cheeses.
- Bake in pre-heated 180°c oven for about 15 mins or until cheese is nicely browned.
- Chef's Tip: You can choose to add some fresh chilli padi for a spicier kick!
