  1. In a large baking dish, mix cooked macaroni and ham with alfredo sauce. 
  2. Stir in 50g of Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Top pasta mix with both Perfect Italiano Mozzarella cheese and the remaining Traditional Hard Cheese.
  4. Toss breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
