- In a large baking dish, mix cooked macaroni and ham with alfredo sauce.
- Stir in 50g of Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top pasta mix with both Perfect Italiano Mozzarella cheese and the remaining Traditional Hard Cheese.
- Toss breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle on top.
- Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
