Japanese Curry Baked Rice

Made with Perfect Italiano™ Mozzarella and Traditional Hard Cheese

  1. In a hot pan, melt curry roux with 100ml water, and adjust with more water if the roux is too dry.
  2. Add chicken, carrots, and potatoes to cook for 2 mins until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Fill up a baking dish with steamed rice, followed by the chicken mixture.
  4. Sprinkle both Perfect Italiano Mozzarella and Traditional Hard Grated Cheeses, and bake in 180°c, preheated oven for 15 - 20 mins or until cheese melts golden.
