- On a flat surface, spoon about 1 tsp of each cheese.
- On the bottom most of the spring roll, place the cheese and 1 tsp of cranberry.
- Roll the spring roll halfway through, followed by tucking in both left and right sides upwards. Continue to roll forward and seal with some drops of water.
- In a pan of heated cooking oil, pan fry the spring rolls until crispy brown.
- Chef's Tip: Add a touch of spice like cinnamon or nutmeg for a spicy kick!
