Festive Cheesy Spring Roll

Made with Perfect Italiano™ Mozzarella and Traditional Hard Cheese

5 minutes



  1. On a flat surface, spoon about 1 tsp of each cheese.
  2. On the bottom most of the spring roll, place the cheese and 1 tsp of cranberry.
  3. Roll the spring roll halfway through, followed by tucking in both left and right sides upwards. Continue to roll forward and seal with some drops of water.
  4. In a pan of heated cooking oil, pan fry the spring rolls until crispy brown.
  5. Chef's Tip: Add a touch of spice like cinnamon or nutmeg for a spicy kick!
