Ingredients

  • 100g sliced salami, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 150g rocket leaves
  • 1/2 cup shaved Perfect Italiano Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup semi-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup balsamic dressing
  • Crusty bread to serve

Steps

  1. Panfry salami and pine nuts, drain. Toss with rocket, Perfect Italiano Parmesan, tomatoes, olives, and dressing.
  2. Serve salad with crusty bread.
