Crispy Salami, Tomato & Pine Nut Salad
- 100g sliced salami, cut into strips
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 150g rocket leaves
- 1/2 cup shaved Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese
- 1/2 cup semi-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup balsamic dressing
- Crusty bread to serve
- Panfry salami and pine nuts, drain. Toss with rocket, Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese, tomatoes, olives, and dressing.
- Serve salad with crusty bread.
