- Place the cheese, thyme, and cranberries in between 2 slices of sandwich.
- In a cold pan, melt the butter.
- Place the sandwich in the pan at medium heat and flip over once it is nicely browned.
- Fry the sandwich until the cheese melts nicely in between the sandwich. Serve while hot and crispy!
