  1. Place the cheese, thyme, and cranberries in between 2 slices of sandwich.
  2. In a cold pan, melt the butter.
  3. Place the sandwich in the pan at medium heat and flip over once it is nicely browned.
  4. Fry the sandwich until the cheese melts nicely in between the sandwich. Serve while hot and crispy!
  5. Chef's Tip: You can try multigrain or wholemeal bread for this recipe!
