- In a baking dish, mix the onions, chilli crab paste, cooked pasta, and prawns.
- Dilute with some water if needed and top it up with both cheeses.
- Leave to bake in an oven at 200°c for about 15 - 20 mins or until cheese is nicely browned.
- When ready, sprinkle spring onions as a garnish.
- Chef's Tip: You can substitute prawns with any of your favourite seafood or meat choice!
