Chicken Money-Bag Dumplings

Made with Perfect Italiano™ Mozzarella

  • 150gm Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated Cheese
  • 200gm minced chicken
  • 50gm spring onion, chopped
  • 20gm oyster sauce
  • 30ml water
  • 3 tsp corn flour
  • 10ml light soya sauce
  • 1pkt yellow wanton skin
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients (except Yellow Wanton Skin and cheese) in a bowl.
  2. Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Blanch the chives in boiled water, then in cold water. Dry them.
  4. Lay the wanton skin flat on palm of hand, then add a dollop of filling into the center of skin.
  5. Flatten the mixture to create a small well, then add Perfect Italiano Mozzarella Grated Cheese.
  6. Wrap the wanton skin into a moneybag shape, then use a chive to tie around the indent.
  7. Fry until golden brown. Serve hot.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
