  • 1 cup Arborio rice (wash)
  • 4-5 cups of chicken stock
  • 100gm fresh mushrooms
  • 2 grated garlic
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 slices bacon (finely cut)
  • 125gms Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese Grated
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • 50ml cooking cream
  • 100gm Anchor unsalted butter (cut into cubes)
  • Fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped


  1. Add oil to Corningware Plasma wokpan, add garlic and bacon
  2. Add mushroom
  3. Add rice
  4. Pour in one cup of stock at a time and cook till liquid is absorbed
  5. When rice is cooked, add pepper and salt to taste, stir in Perfect Italiano Traditional Hard Cheese Grated and cream
  6. Add Anchor butter to the cooked risotto
  7. Sprinkle parsley and serve on Corelle plate
