Cauliflower Cheese Bake

  • 1 large cauliflower (cut into bite sized florets) 
  • 2-3 slices black forest ham (cut into small cubes of 1cm by 1cm)
  • 500ml milk
  • 4 tbsp plain flour
  • 150g Anchor butter, salted
  • 250g Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes cheese
  • Fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
  • Fine Salt – To taste


  1. Boil cauliflower for 4-5mins in Visions casserole and dry in colander, spread evenly on a Pyrex Bake dish
  2. Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius
  3. In Corningware Plasma Saute pan, melt Anchor butter and add plain flour to make a paste, then add milk and whisk quickly as it thicken. Whisk until the sauce will begin to thicken, stir in Perfect Italiano Perfect Bakes cheese and ham
  4. Pour cheesy mixture over cauliflower and add more toppings
  5. Bake till golden brown
  6. Sprinkle parsley and serve on Corelle
